School Improvement Plan

2025-26

Goal 1

By June of 2026, we will see an increase in pass rates, halving the achievement gap, for our students in the subgroups of Black, SWD, and Economically Disadvantaged.  We will measure the following subgroups (Biology – All), (Algebra I – SWD & ED), Reading &Writing (All Subgroups)

Goal 2

At the end of the 2026 school year, we will have retained 95% of our school personnel on staff at the beginning of the school year. 

Goal 3

By June 2026, teacher capacity in delivering high-quality, differentiated instruction aligned with school improvement priorities will increase as evidenced by improvement in performance of subgroups on state testing. 

Goal 4

By June of 2026, Tabb High School will see an overall chronic absenteeism rate decrease by 5% for the 25-26 SY
