![Youth Builders allows students to gain exposure to shipbuilding trades, develops skills needed for acceptance into The Apprentice School, and prepares them for a future career at Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS). Who can apply? High school sophomores and juniors who academically qualify can apply and then will participate in the program the following school year.
